Excel allows you to change values in a worksheet quickly and easily, this is helpful in running a business because it will make everything run smoothly with all the numbers and putting information in correctly.
If you were to change the values it would affect the business by making their company either look bad or look good depending on how the values are changed.
The advantages of creating an automated spreadsheet rather then a hand written one is that you can get all your work done faster using an electronic device (computer) and get all the information and text correct. If you were to write a spreadsheet then it would take you more time then the automated spreadsheet.
The capability to recalculate automatically is more valuable then a written spreadsheet because with the automated spreadsheet it figures out all the functions and formulas by itself then with a written spreadsheet it will take you time to add or subtract which ever operation you have to do.

With each method that you choose it will depend on your typing skills if you can remember the function name and required arguments. How to create a letter head

First of all to create a letter head you must type in your name. You must put in your whole name. You usually want the font size of your name to be larger than the rest of the text. Set your font size to about 20. After you have set your font size you may pick a color for your text. To select the text color that you want, you have to go to the mini toolbar and click the Font Color button arrow to display the Font Color gallery. There you shall find the color you most prefer. Next you will insert a Clip Art. In the Clip Art section you can pick a picture that seems interesting to you. After you have inserted the Clip Art of your choice you have to resize the picture 35%. If you wish to recolor the graphic press the recolor button and there you will find the color you have chosen for your text to set as the color for your picture. If you wish to use transparent color you may do so. Now after you have done all that the rest of your information will need to be positioned at the right margin on the same line. You set a tab stop which is located on the horizontal ruler that tells Word where to position the insertion point when you press the TAB key. After you have your insertion point on the right margin you will now type in the rest of your information, for instance your address, phone, and e-mail information. When you are done click on the No Spacing on the style bar. After you will click on the Border button in the paragraph section and click the very first one which is called Bottom Border. The next step is to position the insertion point below the letterhead. When you press ENTER the end of a paragraph containing a border, Word moves the border forward to the next paragraph. If you do not want that to happen then you will click on the button that says clear formatting. When you push ENTER now the e-mail address will format it as a hyperlink. To change the hyperlink to regular text make sure your insertion point is in the email address and right click, when yo right click you will see something that says Remove Hyperlink. You are now done, and you have created you very own letterhead.
